Best Selling Social Networking Author
The final keynote speaker is bestselling author, Barry Moltz. Mr. Moltz will be discussing how social media has changed the role of customer service from his bestselling book, BAM! Delivering Customer Service in a Social Media World. Bam was the Reader’s Choice winner for 2009 in the Best Small Business Book category from SmallBizTrends.com. He has appeared on many TV and radio programs such as The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, NPR and The Tavis Smiley Show.
